Delhi User Group is now planning of doing an Microsoft Office 2010 event on June 19^th,2010 (Saturday).

So, we are looking for some speaker for Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Office 2010 programming etc. We would be doing a virtual event also for the same.

Performance tuning is an on-going process. The first step of tuning is to know what’s going on inside SQL Server. Monitoring plays a vital role, effective monitoring helps a DBA to identify and resolve the issue before anyone notice it. I’ll introduce two basic monitoring tools i.e., SQL Server Profiler and Performance Monitor (PerfMon). I’ll also talk about How to use these tools? When to use these tools? How to synchronize a System Monitor log with a SQL Server Profiler trace to get a clear picture and narrow down the performance issue to a specific area?
